Eligible candidates can obtain application form and Bangalore University prospectus at the branches of State Bank of Mysore listed at the end of this notification on payment of Rs.300/- for General Merit/ Payment / Other category Candidates and Rs.150/- for SC / ST Cat-l candidates. Outstation candidates can obtain application forms through post by sending a self-addressed envelop of A4 size (affixing a stamp of Rs. 50/-) along with a D.D. for requisite amount as mentioned above, drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Bangalore University, Bangalore, to Registrar, Bangalore University, Jnana Bharathi Campus, Bangalore-560 056. Candidates seeking admission to more than one course have to submit separate application forms for each course. Candidates seeking admission under payment category need to submit separate application forms under “payment category” Completed applications should be submitted to the Chair person /Director/ Coordinator of the concerned Post Graduate Departments at Jnana Bharathi Campus/Central College Campus/RG. Centre Kolar and applications for Home Science course at the Smt. V.H.D. Institute of Home Science, Palace Road, Bangalore-09. Applications of Tumkur University Students will be considered on par with Bangalore University Candidates only for departments which are not established in Tumkur University and its affiliated colleges. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
