Hi,
I completed my SSC in 1997. My father name was mispelled as V.V. Vara Prasad, instead of V.N.Vara Prasad, Now I would like to correct this. The school where I studied has been closed. On this basis I went to DEO office where I couldn’t get enough information. I feel school records also maintain the wrong name i.e., V.V. Vara Prasad. I have my voters ID, Driving License, bank account on correct name If this is the case, then what is the procedure to get the name corrected. I heard it can be done through submitting a affidavit, is it true? Kindly someone guide me through the process of resolving the issue
as soon as possible. Kindly mention the time line it would take to resolve the issue.

Hello,
I have completed my 10th in the year 2001. Unfortunately my date of birth was printed wrong on my S.S.C certificate. Instead of 31 January 1985. It was printed 31 November 1985. As we all know 31 nov is not exist in our calender.
Correct DOB: 31 JAN 1985.
Wrong DOB: 31 NOV 1985.
Please help me to correct my date of birth.
I had visited to Board Of Secondary but they said that you need to bring the letter from your school along with some more documents.
Unfortunately, In the school registration the DOB was written wrong. Due to that I am not able to correct my DOB in my S.S.C.But in my BIRTH CERTIFICATE the DOB is 31 JAN 1985.
I am facing lot of problem with this. Even I can’t go Abroad with this certificates. If anyone saw this mistake than they will laugh not only on me but also on INDIA.
So, I humbly request you to take the serious action or else tell me how to get out with this problem.

with regards i wish to inform you that in my SSC certificate no G0275603 and mt roll number bearing 0377634 and i have padded in march 2008 in 3rd class in the certificate my fathers name is mentioned only S/o Angirakula baskar rao and where as in my birth certificate and house hold card mt father name is mentioned as Angirekula Siva basker rao from which my school ST., Paul”s Public school A.E mission compound nallagunta, Rayanapudu road, Vijayawada
head master has written a letter to you on 6/08/08 to add siva in fron of my father name in the ssc cirtifacate but ther is no respoce from you because of your work busy so i am attaching all my records to you for your verification so please do me the need full to me please give me the guidance to whom i have to mail the letter with my documents and oblige

Iam from the 1983 batch; appeared as a private candidate (from Vizag). My surname has to be changed from palukurti to palukurthi in the ssc marks certificate. How do I change it (to add the extra h)? Also my name Jyothi has been misspelt as Joythi. How do I get that corrected. This correction is required for me to get my passport done, very urgent.

my daughters dt.of birth noted in her all education certificates in andhra pradesh as 12-6-1977 instead of 12-6-1979. My son date of birth is 10-8-1977, and noted in all ednl.certificates. i passed 10th in 1993.
last month i lost all my original certificates from 10th to Btech kept in a file.(i lost the whole file)
Police has given me not traceable ceritficate. I came to know that for duplicate SSC marks list, i have to give original Police report to school HM.
But i lost my diploma,engg,experience certificates( totally 13).
If i submit original to SSC Board, how i can apply for other boards?
whether i can submit an attested copy of police report.
Kindly suggest me. Pl try to understand my situation.

Hi,
I completed my S.S.C in 2001.But in 2008 i lost my S.S.C certificate.The reason behind this is iam trying to work in a company and they asked me to give my certificate for verification purpose and told that they’ll return it within 2 weeks.But they did’nt.I went to delhi for the training.I asked them about the certificate when i was leaving the job,but they told it was in hyderabad branch.I came back and went there but it was locked.I called them up and said that the office is locked.They told soon it will be unlocked when the new team will come there.But till now nobody came.So please advice me how to get the duplicate certificate from board of secondary.
