Department of Hospital Management, Deccan School of Management is one of the few institutes in our country, which offers Post Graduate Programme in Hospital Management Affiliated to a Osmania University and Approved by AICTE.
Admission to 2.1/2 year Master’s Degree in Hospital Management.
The MHM Programme is spread over 2 ½ years (5 semesters), affiliated to a Osmania University (www.osmania.ac.in) and approved by AICTE which is the regulatory authority of Technical and Management Education of the country.
Eligibility: Any graduate from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks is eligible to apply for the programme. Doctors and other medical professionals are also encouraged to apply.
Admission Process: Notification for Admission will be issued in the first fortnight of May. Application may be collected in person from the Admission cell, (Dar us Salam Educational Trust, Ground floor DCET, Dar us Salam, Nampally, Hyderabad-01.) towards payment of prescribed fee. .
Entrance Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview
The admission to the programme is based on an all India level Entrance Test, GD, P.I:- conducted by the Convenor, PG Admissions, OU HYD. Candidates who have qualified for the written test are eligible for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The ranking is based on overall marks scored in Entrance Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Placements
The College has excellent track record of placement of its students. In house placement cell chaired by Principal will co-ordinate the placement activities students are placed in hospitals, consultancy firms, IT firms, and academic institutions.
