All India Engineering Entrance Examination(AIEEE)

Introduction

All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) is held for the candidates seeking admission to Engineering, Architecture, Planning and Pharmacy degree courses in different engineering colleges and institutes in India. The exam is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), and Department of Secondary and Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) in compliance with the directives of the Government of India (GOI). A centralized counselling system is provided for filling up the available seats all over India. This counselling is available only for the candidates who stand in merit of All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE).

    Myself Sumit Panaskar, Submiited application form for AIEEE 2008 exam and got hallticket on 15 Apr 2008 for the exam.

    While submitting the form I specified exam center as pune(Maharashtra), But in hallticket i got center as Bhopal(M.P.). Can you please suggest me what action I have to take to change my exam center.

CBSE-AIEEE : Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to appear in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination. Age Limit: The candidates whose age lies between 16-24 years of age on the first day of October of the year of examination. Schedule cast (SC), schedule tribe (ST) and physically handicapped (PH) candidates has been given 5 years of relaxation in the upper age limit.
