Combined Entrance Examination (CEE), Delhi University The University of Delhi conducts a Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) for admission to first Semester of Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree courses. The CEE is held for Delhi region candidates only. The candidates who has passed / passing the qualifying examination from School / College / Institute located within the National Capital Territory of Delhi can appear for CEE.
