Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences -Deemed University PIMS-AICET Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences was given a status of Deemed University from 29th September, 2004 by Human Resource Development Ministry, Govt. of India on the advice of UGC under section (3) of UGC Act 1956. The Institute has emerged as an alternative to traditional medical and health care programs through internationalisation, innovation in academic and research studies and attained Deemed University status in 2003.
