IIM - Fellowship Programme in Management (FPM)
The Fellowship Programs in Management at IIMs aims to prepare the candidates as specialists, researchers, and as academicians. Except IIM-Kozhikode all other IIMs in India are providing FPM course. The program equips students for careers in teaching and research, as staff-level specialists in functional areas and sectors in corporate, government, non-government and international organizations, and as consultants. The programs have the first two years in common with the Post Graduate Programs. Beyond the second year, FPM students of IIMs work on advanced courses and develop their skills towards their doctoral thesis.
IIM’s Doctoral Programs aim to admit individuals with exceptional academic background, strong motivation and discipline, and a potential to become excellent researchers at international level.

Admission for the “IIFT Executive Masters program in International Business” is open to working executives and self-employed / individuals fulfilling the following criteria:
Post Graduate Degree / Engineering Degree or equivalent from any recognised University or Institution. Managerial work experience of not less than three years
OR
Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognised University or Institution.
Managerial work experience of not less than five years.
Only the work experience after eligibility qualifications as on 31 December of the year when the Programme is advertised is considered.
