Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) is conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resources Development (HRD), Department of Education (DAE), Government of India. CEED is the qualifying examination for admission to Post Graduate M.Des. (i.e. Master of Design) programmes at the Industrial Design Centre (IIT Bombay), Inter disciplinary Industrial Design Programme (IIT Delhi), Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing (IISc Bangalore) and Design Programme (IIT Kanpur).
