Orissa Management Aptitude Test – OMAT OMAT is literally stands for Orissa Management Aptitude Test. It is a state level Test, conducted by Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa. Admissions to Management Degree Courses offered through various Institutes in the state of Orissa are done through a Central Counseling conducted by BPUT. Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela has been established by an Act of the Assembly, Government of Orissa in June 2002. Today, the University has 110 colleges, both constituent and affiliated, with around 58,000 students. All Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture and most of the colleges are offering MCA and MBA
