Joint Management Entrance Test 2010 (JMET 2010) Joint Management Entrance Test 2010 (JMET 2010) is the first step in the process of admission to the TWO YEAR FULL TIME Postgraduate Degree Programmes in Management. Currently IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, and IIT Roorkee offer Programmes in Management. JMET 2009 is only a qualifying examination. Candidates have to apply separately to the Institutes of their choice. Test Pattern The test hour of the exam is 2 hours. The test will consist of 150 questions (objective /multiple choice types) and it will consist of the following sections: Verbal communication Logical reasoning Quantitative ability Data interpretation ability General business environment awareness There is negative marking for incorrect answers. For a wrong answer to a question, 25% of the marks allotted to that question will be deducted. The pattern of question paper is also subject to change in time to time.
