Management Aptitude Test (MAT)
Management Aptitude Test –MAT is a popular national entrance test among the management aspirants. This test is conducted by the Centre for Management Services (CMS) of All India Management Association (AIMA). Institutes offering PG program in management and allied subjects generally participate in this exam. All management institutes that participate in MAT are either AICTE (All Indian Council for Technical Education) approved or affiliated to universities. Introduction -
The Uttar Pradesh Management Common Aptitude Test UPMCAT is held for admission to the two year full time MBA / MMS / MIBM / MMEM / MTM / MCM / MFC management courses offered at University departments, government and private institutions of Uttar Pradesh.
The UPMCAT test is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) Lucknow at specified centres for candidates aspiring to enter Management Institutes in the State of U.P.
Candidates successful in the written test examination are called for the Group Discussions and personal interviews.

Combined Aptitude Test, Maharashtra
Combined Aptitude Test is a Common Entrance test for admission into the courses MBBS, BDS, BE, B.Arch, MCA, MBA that are offered in the Colleges / Institutes / University Departments located in the state of Maharashtra. Combined Aptitude Test is conducted every year for the seats reserved under the Management-Quota in the participating educational organizations in the state of Maharashtra. It is not for the Maharashtra Government quota or in lieu of Common Entrance Test (CET), Maharashtra.
The test is conducted in the month of March, every year.

Orissa Management Aptitude Test – OMAT
OMAT is literally stands for Orissa Management Aptitude Test. It is a state level Test, conducted by Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa. Admissions to Management Degree Courses offered through various Institutes in the state of Orissa are done through a Central Counseling conducted by BPUT.
Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela has been established by an Act of the Assembly, Government of Orissa in June 2002. Today, the University has 110 colleges, both constituent and affiliated, with around 58,000 students. All Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture and most of the colleges are offering MCA and MBA

The admission is based on the Entrance Test i.e. HP-CMAT that comprises of:

The Aptitude Test will have four sections:
English Comprehension
Reasoning
Business Environment

Each section will have about fifty (50) questions.
The performance in HP-CMAT is the basis for screening the candidates for group discussion and personal interview. Normally, three candidates for each seat are called for group discussion and personal interview.

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a common written test required for the admission processes of Symbiosis Post Graduate Institutes. It is a mandatory test for admission into any PG program in Symbiosis. This test being the first step towards admission, each Symbiosis Institute has its own selection procedure. However, it is only the first step of the admission procedures of Symbiosis. Each Symbiosis institute has its independent selection process.

Question Papers for IIT-JEE:The examination consists of three separate papers in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry, each of two hours duration. The questions in these papers are objective type, which are to be answered on the specially designed machine-gradable sheet using HB pencils only. There is negative marking for Incorrect answers
Language of Question Papers for IIT-JEE: A candidate can opt for Question Papers either in English or in Hindi.
Use of calculators and log tables is NOT permitted in IIT-JEE.
Aptitude Test for B. Arch. and B. Des. Courses: The candidates called for counselling and desirous of joining the B. Arch.

UAJET Test comprises of objective type questions to test the verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logical and abstract reasoning & knowledge of current affairs. The following is a brief description of contents of the test paper.
English Language: The questions cover grammar, vocabulary, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms, relationship between words and phrases and comprehension of passages.
Quantitative Aptitude: It consists of a test of numerical aptitude based on general mathematics, numerical calculation, arithmetic, simple algebra and geometry. This also tests the ability to interpret common graphs, charts and tables.

Introduction
GATE - Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is an All-India Examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore and the seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT’s). This test is conducted on behalf of the National Coordinating Board - GATE, Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India.
