Final Results

Written examination results were declared on 16.12.2007 and 04.01.2008 for the posts notified in E N Nos 04/2007 & 01/2007 (JEN) and eligible candidates were called for verification of original certificates/Typing test. The verification/typing test was conducted on 29.01.2008, 30.01.2008, 05.02.2008, 15.02.2008 and 20.02.2008 as the case may be. Approximate 20% additional candidates wherever available in each category are being called provisionally for documents and candidature verification. The additional candidates are being called over and above the number of vacancies primarily to avoid shortfall in the panel due to absenteeism of selected candidates etc. if any. It should be noted by the candidates that merely calling for the verification of documents and genuineness of candidature does not in any way, entitle them for an empanelment / appointment in Railways.
