Examination Centres Assignment Of Exam Centres Candidates who have studied the qualifying examination within Karnataka should write Common Entrance Test (CET) in a test centre within the district in which the candidate studied 2nd PUC or 12th standard. If the CET test centres are located in more than one place in a district, the candidate can choose one of the places. If there is more than one test centre in a place, then the decision to assign the test centre will rest with the CET Cell and the CET Cell decides on random basis the test centre of a candidate. List of cities where the examination will be conducted is given in Appendix VI. Candidates are required to give three options convenient to them. While every effort will be made to allot a Centre in one of the places opted by the candidate, the Board reserves its discretion to allot a Centre other than that of candidate’s choice any where in India. Under no circumstances, the Centre once allotted shall be changed by the Board.
Examination Centre There are 38 examination centres / test centers for the conduct of All India Competitive Examination (AICE) across the country. Test Centre The centre of examination for all the engineering entrance examination conducted by Jamia Millia Islamia is Delhi / New Delhi only.
Management Aptitude Test (MAT) Management Aptitude Test –MAT is a popular national entrance test among the management aspirants. This test is conducted by the Centre for Management Services (CMS) of All India Management Association (AIMA). Institutes offering PG program in management and allied subjects generally participate in this exam. All management institutes that participate in MAT are either AICTE (All Indian Council for Technical Education) approved or affiliated to universities. Examination Centres Centre of B.Tech. / B.Arch. entrance examination is Aligarh only. The Test is held in various Departments of Studies / Faculty Buildings / Colleges / Schools. The Examination Centre assigned / allotted to each candidate is clearly mentioned in his / her Entrance Test Card.
Exam Pattern Selection is based on merit in competitive entrance exam in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. For qualifying the test 50% marks are required (25% in case of SC/ST, 35% for sports, children/grand children of political sufferers, handicapped, 1984 riot affected).
Exam Schedule The IMS-BHU, Varanasi conducts All India Entrance Examination for admission to different under graduate and post graduate courses. Selection Procedure Selection to the M.E. Full Time / Part Time program offered at Faculty of Engineering – Annamalai University is based on Entrance Examination. Date of Examination: The entrance examination is generally held in the month of July. Centre of Examination: The center of examination for M.E. entrance test is Annamalainagar only. Exam Pattern The test is conducted at Pondicherry and consists of 80 objective type questions in Physics & Chemistry and 10 questions in Biology (Zoology & Botany).
