The purpose of preparing the waiting list of the candidates over and above the vacancies is primarily to avoid short fall in the panel due to not joining the selected candidates and merely appearing a candidate in the wait list does not, in any way, entitle him for an appointment in the Railways. They are eligible only if any of the selected candidates do not join and concerned Railway ask for Replacement Panel.
(C) The candidature of the candidate having following roll no. is cancelled as they did not turn-up when called for candidature and document verification between 19/02/2008 to 20/02/2008 on different dates and again Second and last chance upto 15 days from the original date of candidature and document verification despite serving of notice by speed post.
