I, Ashish Rathore, Rank-NAM I,presently serve in Indian Navy and posted in Andaman & Nicobar Island( Sibpur).
I want to get admission in ‘Diploma in Mechanical Engineering’ programm through distance education.
I have pass my Senior Secondary Exam(12th, with PCM, 52%)) on 2000 from CBSE board. After that I joined Indian Navy in 2003.

I have completed 3 year diploma course in Mechanical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology and secured First Class in all the Semesters. I have secured 113 rank in JELET (W.B) but no suitable college for pursuing B.Tech(2nd year) could be found.Is there any opportunity for pursing B.Tech.
