» Kota: an education hub for IIT and IIM :: Khulla Panga Says:

[…] I have spent my childhood in the small quite city of Bhilwara in Rajasthan. But I have never been to Kota which is just 165 km from there and a well know place for students who are preparing for IIT’s and IIM’s. This place doesn’t have much Engineering, science or Medical Colleges. But I personally feel that the number of students in this city exceeds the actual population of the city. Students from the corners of the country comes here to crack the IIT JEE and the IIM CAT exams. We are providing a list of institutes here so as to help the students. In case you want to write your personal reviews about the coaching centers and the teachers, we welcome it. […]

I completed my 10+2 in 2005. with 85% overall and more than 90% in science subjects including biology and maths. I joined for under graduate engineering course in a discipline but i found that i could not pursue interest in the discipline and just could not force myself to do the course in the perticular COLLEGE. I want to make a fresh start in another engineering discipline at a different college of my choice from the bigginning. So i want to appear in the competitive entrance exam and get admission in another college . I would complete 21 yrs and 10 months by the time admissions for the course starting Jul 09. WILL I BE ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION IN THE JUL 09 ENGG COURSE?. DO I NEED A AGE RELAXATION? HOW DO I OBTAIN AGE RELAXATION SO THAT I CAN DO THE REGULAR UNDERGRADUATE COURSE AFRESH IN THE DISCIPLINE OF MY CHOICE.? WHICH ALL COLLEGES WILL GIVE ME THE ELIGIBILITY. WHICH WILL NOT?
