Eligibility:
Graduation in any discipline, from any recognized University, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
Selection will be based on the candidate’s valid score in MAT conducted by AIMA. For seats under Management quota, candidates with valid score in any State Level Entrance Examination or in any other Central testing Agency are also eligible. Candidates may also appear in Institute’s own Management Entrance Test .
Candidates whose final year result is awaited will be admitted provisionally and shall be confirmed on
submission of the final year Marks Sheet with the required percentage of marks.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
For admission under General Quota, the applicants having a valid MAT score would be called on a specified date for interaction, counseling and interview. After interview, the Institute shall prepare a Merit List based on the score (40% weightage to graduation marks, 30% weightage to MAT Score and 30% weightage to interview performance). Based on Merit List, the selected candidates would be either offered admission or put on waiting list. Since the MAT is conducted four times in a year, the same exercise would be repeated after the result of each MAT examination during the year. For unfilled seats of General Quota and Seats under Management Quota, the Institute would be conducting its Management Entrance Test (MET) at the following Centers on 4th June, 2006 .
Allahabad , Chandigarh , Delhi , Guwahati, Jaipur, Bhopal , Kolkata, Lakshmangarh, Lucknow , Patna , Ranchi , Muzaffarnagar.
The Institute reserves its right to change the Centers, if warranted. The selected candidates at the Centre would be either offered admission or put on waiting list. If all the seats are not filled from the candidates who were offered admission at the centers, then admissions would be offered to candidates kept in waiting list. The remaining vacancy, if any, would be filled on merit from the candidates having high ranking in any Test conducted by other Central testing Agencies or any State level Entrance Tests.
The selected candidates with firm admission offer at the centers of Institute’s Management Entrance Tests (MET) would be asked to deposit a non-refundable commitment fees of Rs. 10,000/- and would be asked to report on a specified date at Lakshmangarh for formal admission registration. If a candidate does not report on the scheduled date for the purpose, her seat would be offered to the candidate in waiting and the commitment fee would be forfeited.
