Age limits in between: 18-40 years.

Date of Commencement of the courses: Aug 01, 2006
Those who have already applied for admission in any of the above mentioned trades need not apply again.
The prescribed application forms for the courses are to be obtained in persons or by post. Detailed information for the course will be supplied along with the application form.
The application form duly filled may be sent to the director of the institute.
Note:
Reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per rules.
Preference will be given to women candidates and to those belonging to rural areas.

The prayers of hundreds of visually-challenged students in Delhi University have finally been answered. The university is all set to launch a multi-purpose resource centre which would not only have a huge collection of study material in Braille format, but also special studios to convert audio cassettes into text messages in Braille.
The centre will be opened in the Central Reference Library, which will work as an extension to Braille Library which so far had limited reach.
