I have appeared NIOS Secondary Board examination in April,2008 in Kolkata, India. Now I have to seat exams again to clear balance subjects.
Is it possible to seat in the next exams in Singapore till completely passed as my futher is currently working in Singapore and we are planning to shift Singapore from India on parmanent basis to stay with him.
Please advice how to go about.
