General Instructions:
Information Brochure cum Application form can be obtained in person or by post from the office of the Registrar, on submission of non refundable Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/-(Rs.500/- for SC/ST) payable at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali)/Chandigarh in favour of “Director, NIPER” along with two duly typed self-addressed Slips (10 cms X 6 cms). Indian nationals residing abroad and foreign nationals have to remit US$100 by Bank Draft payable to “Director, NIPER”.
A limited number of seats are reserved for officially sponsored candidates with minimum of 2 years experience from the Govt. Department / P.S.U/ R&D organization. These candidates should fulfill eligibility criteria except GATE / NET.
Candidates who have appeared in the final examination of the qualifying degree (including the NET-JRF exam as applicable for Ph.D Programmes) are also eligible to apply. However such candidates will have to produce the final result of the qualifying degree at the time of counseling / group / discussion / interview (as applicable) failing which their candidates will be summarily rejected
Last date for issue / receipt of completed application: 28th April 2006. A written test for all programmes will be held on Sunday 11th June 2006. At the following centres: -
