Eligibility
Admission is open to both men and women who fulfill the following criteria.
Masters degree in Social Work or Psychology or Child Development from recognized University, OR
Graduate in Social Work, Psychology and Child Development from recognized University with minimum five years of experience of working with children, OR
B.Ed from a recognized University with minimum of four years of experience with children
Sponsored by organizations working in the field of Child and Adolescent Mental Health with minimum educational qualifications and work experience mentioned above.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on Written Test designed to assess general & Social awareness and linguistic expression of the candidate followed by a Personal Interview.

Candidates found eligible would have to appear in Written Test, at their own expense to be held at NIPCCD Headquarters , New Delhi from 31 July 2007 to 1 August 2007.

In case, the application and the prospectus are required by post, the candidates should remit Rs. 150/- through a, Demand Draft payable to NIPCCD at New Delhi along with a self addressed envelope. Application form and the prospectus can be collected from 25 June, 2007 and the last date or receipt of duly filled in Admission Form is 20 July, 2007. The Prospectus and the form of the Course can also be downloaded from the Institute’s Website http://nipccd.nic.in In that case the applicant would need to pay Rs. 100/- with the form either in cash or through a demand draft payable to NIPCCD at New Delhi.
The course is yet to be approved by a statutory body/Council.

This program was launched in April 2006 to lead children in 450 villages across India. Shiksha Ambassador Mandira Bedi and Shantanu Khosla, managing director, P&G India, presented the cheque on behalf of consumers and P&G, to Ingrid Srinath, chief executive, CRY.
