CGL: Centre for Global, Leadership, a soft skill development lab set up in consultation with CACM, STEP-IIT. Kharagpur enhances communication skills and ensures good grooming for corporate careers. It also provides Foreign language- learning services in German, French, Japanese, Arabic at present.

MBA (Full-Time 2 Years: 180 seats)
Admission is done through Orissa JEE-2008 & Counseling.
Executive MBA (Part-Time 3 Years: 30 seats)
Graduate with 50% marks in aggregate with two years work experience and sponsorship from the employer are eligible for admission. Selection is done through GD & Viva voce.
PGDM (120 seats: 4 Modules followed by a comprehensive Project Work):
Any graduate having MAT composite score of 500 (475 for working executives).
MCA (3 Years: 120 seats)
Graduates of any discipline having mathematics in +2 or +3 level (passed or appearing in 2008) can apply for admission to MCA program through OJEE-2008.
