The number of fellowship to be awarded for the scheme will be up to 100. The awardees are expected to work in the different Departments/Schools/Centres/DPCs based on their academic backgrounds. The awardees will be working in the research projects under the mentorship of faculty members/ scientists during the summer and on completion their degrees they may be absorbed in the department for working in a sponsored R&D projects for a duration of the projects which could be for a period of 2-5 years.
