An initiative of B.D. Bangur Endowments “NIRMAAN” is an effort to give talent the impetus and encouragement it requires to launch itself. The scheme proposes to give awards and interast-free loans to talented and qualified Indian nationals in the field of Visual Arts along with an opportunity to exhibit their works before experts, critics, media, sponsors and the Public.
Eligibility: Candidates should have completed 20 years of age. Selection Procedure: Shortlisted are interviewed at Kolkata by the designated Jury. Last date: February.
B.D. BANGUR ENDOWMENT EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS: Loan Scholarships are offered to Indian nationals to undertake higher studies abroad for Master's Degree or for Doctoral Courses in Science, Engineering, Humanities, Medicine, Business Administration and other Professional Courses.
Eligibility: Graduates.
Age: Between 19 to 30 years. Candidates for Medical Scholarships should be qualified, experienced junior doctors in India. J.N. TATA ENDOWMENT LOAN SCHOLARSHIPS:
Eligibility : Applicants should be graduates of a recognized Indian University, with a consistently good academic record. Students in the final year of the degree course and those awaiting results are eligible to apply. Academics and other mid-career professionals with a good academic background and experience in their field who wish to go abroad for further specialization are also eligible.
Candidates applying for the scholarship should have applied for admission to universities abroad. Applications for scholarship from students awaitingadmissions aborad would also be considered. However, the final award is subject to their securing admission.
