I am the youngest son aged 23 years of a middle class family residing in Delhi, India. I just received a conditional offer from the University of Manchester for postgraduate studies in Master in Law for 2008-09 on the basis of my results in B.A.L.L.B(H).I belong to a schedule cast category and I am still dependent financially on my father. He will definitely support me financially but 11,000 pounds as a tuition fees is a heavy amount for my father as this is approximately his four years salary.

My intention to write this e-mail is to know if there is any programme from the Organization in terms of stipend or scholarship for a student in a situation like me. Any help in this regard will be much obliged.
