   HI am a cameroonian by nationality ,a holder of a city and guilds of london institute in telecommunication.I have been serving in the ministry of post and telecommunication for close to ten years and thought of fodring my Education to come out with a P.H.D.in electrical and electronics Enginnering.I will be vary greatful if you do that fevor for me to look for a one to two year scholarship in that field in any of the polytechnics in london thanks.
