JAPANESE GOVERNMENT (MOMBUSHO) SCHOLARSHIP
Every year about 18 scholarships are offered in different subjects of specialisation to Indian nationals who graduate from universities for doing research under this programme in a university or Institute in Japan. Although, it is offered for various subjects the choice of the subjects is left to the discretion of the Indian Government.

Age Limit: Below 35 years. (In exceptional cases, there is a possibility of getting this scholarship directly from japan at Doctoral/Post Doctoral level if a professor from a university in japan, recommends it. The applicant’s direct contact with the professor is necessary).
