Respected Sir/Ma’am..
I am Trishna Sarma, from Gauhati University..I have completed my M.Sc. in zoology with Specialization in Cell and Molecular Biology with a 1st class(72%).Now I have started my Ph.D. work on the topic of “Anticancer Drug Development”.We are selected through an entrance test in the department. But due to some formalities left in the department,we have not yet got our appointment letter from our university. i got the form for the scholarship provided by you. but as per the requirement,I wont be able to attach the appointment letter with the form due the problem stated above.
now I am asking for your kind suggestion what should exactly I do. Can i send the form without that appointment letter? If you need,I can attach an approval letter from the HOD of my department. I am in an urgent need of scholarship to continue my work and i dont want to miss the chance of applying the scholarship provided by you.
I would like to get your reply as soon as possible as the last date is only 31st of may….waiting for your reply…
