COMMONWEALTH SCHOLARSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP PLAN (CSFP) Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) is funded by the Department for International Development (DFID) and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
