NORWEGIAN GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS
Norwegian Government offers Scholarships in the subject fields of:
MSc in International Community Health: Duration: 4 semesters Eligibility: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 60% marks in aggregate. Priority would be given to students selected by already collaborating institutions. Any already established links to such development programmes in their home country should be mentioned in the application. English language skill documented by either TOEFL test (minimum 550 points) or IELTS band 6.0. Age: Between 25 and 35 years.
MSc. in Special Needs Education: Duration: 4 semesters
Eligibility: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 60% marks (at least three
years beyond the Norwegian minimum requirement for matriculation) in
Special Needs Education or other relevant subject.
OR
A qualified teachers training certificate followed by a minimum of one year’s
full time university or college study in Special Needs Education. This
combination, or in special circumstances other relevant qualifications, must
have been approved as equivalent to the level of a bachelor’s degree. English
ianguage skill documented by either TOEFL test (min. 550 points) or IELTS
(band 6.0)
A minimum of 3 years full time professional practice in Special Needs Education is required.
Age: Between 25 and 35 years.
MSc. in International Fisheries Management:
Eligibility: A bachelor’s degree (at least three years duration) with biology/ ecology and/or economics/organization/law, of which at least two years must have been undertaken at university level with 60% marks in aggregate. Applicants must have knowledge of mathematics and statics
corresponding to the university’s introductory courses in these subjects.
Age: Between 25 and 35 years.
