I had approached taken an application for this scholarship. I am a post graduate and wanted to apply for Training Grants for obtaining special training in Medical related fields abroad. But like always correct information is not parted to students. And submission of application is denied at the office level. One should find a solution to this. I am quite shocked that they completely deny the correct information. Thank you.
