   I am a Malaysian, residing in Kuala Lumpur. I am very keen in sending my son to Singapore to further his education after his form 5. He would like to pursue in Electronics/Engineering.He would like to be an air craft engineer. Could you please advice me how he can go about? is there a bonded scheme with SIA or something.
