  1. I have recently enrolled my name for Ph.D in Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Our programme is an integrated M.Phil-Ph.D programme. I took admission in the previous year in M.Phil programme but after the completion of 1 year course work we have to score 4.50 GPA for getting admission to direct Ph.D which I successfuly fulfilled. Now, the cost will be high and need financial help. How much time the whole processing of the scholarship takes and can I submit my proposal anytime or is there any time limit. Other clarification is that do I have to submit the whole proposal with Literature review and methodology or just the problem, objective and the expenses.
