(a) India's Cultural Diplomacy.
(b) Maulana Azad’s Vision on Science, Technology and Development.
Eligibility: Post-graduate and Doctoral students enrolled in Indian Education Institutions, Civil Servants and other Research Scholars. Age limit: 35 years. Value: Rs. 50,000. The scholar will be required to base the project on resources of the Council's library.
