   My daughter,Sukhmani Sethi, an Indian resident, has managed admission in Brandeis University`s Hellers School, USA, PG in `Sustainable International Development`, on a scholarship of $16000/= for the first year2009-10. She is Falling short of $60000 for her studies, boarding/lodging and books. Could you please intimate that if she is eligible to receive any aid/ scholarship to augment and facilitate her studies.    halo iam just inquiring why are african students so marginalised when it comes to schalorship selections, with too much restrictions to english as a language, yet here in africa they are taought in english.
