   I have 8 yrs experience as a lecturer in MCA dept of an arts college. I have recently joined Ph.D(C.Sc) part-time program. Now I want to shift to an Engineering college but my basic qualfn. is M.Sc(CS), M.Phil(CS) which they say cannot handle MCA/BE in engg. college.
   (Q) I heard AICTE has recently relaxed this and is allowing M.Sc. qlfn. for handling courses in Engineering college. Does anyone know about this?
