The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Educatoin , Government of India is going to launch Web and Video Courses developed by The Indian Institute of Technology( Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and The Indian Institute of Science, Banglore under The National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) on Sunday 3 rd September 2006.
Shri Arjun Singh, Honourable Minister of Human Resource Development will launch the programme at Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
